Alternative to my EDI provider?
Just under two years ago, the EDI market was shaken when a well-known provider terminated its customers' contracts at short notice due to a takeover by a large corporation (link to blog article). Desperate companies found help at menten GmbH.
We are now receiving an increasing number of inquiries about the changes at Lobster DATA GmbH. Here, the option to migrate perpetual licenses is being discontinued in favor of a subscription model (link to the blog article at Lobster). This is not going down well with some companies. Although there is no explicit termination here, it comes close to one.
